Game Master

As a Game Master, your role is to entertain and help guide players through an immersive escape room adventure as they try to find clues, solve puzzles, and escape a room in less than 60 minutes! This role is perfect for an outgoing, energetic person who enjoys working with and leading others.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation and flexible work schedule Positive attitude and high level of energy, focus, and engagement Excellent communication, public speaking, and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and excellent memory skills Basic computer experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and check in customers for their games Provide enthusiastic pre game instructions to small and large groups Manage in game play (i.e., control station, offering clues, role playing, etc.) Provide post game outro (i.e., taking group photos, retail sales) Quickly and accurately reset game room using checklists provided Maintain facility/props (repairing and/or reporting damage, wear, etc.) Answer customer questions, book reservations, and other guest relations (over the phone and in person) Perform opening and closing duties (upon eligibility/assignment) General cleaning (i.e., vacuuming, sanitizing and cleaning rooms/props, bathrooms, etc.) Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
