Game Master - Escape Room We are looking for an outgoing, dependable Game Master who lives near downtown Naperville and can occasionally come to work on short notice. Strong people skills are essential. We are a hospitality-focused business, so applicants must be comfortable interacting with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and taking initiative without constant supervision.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to every guest. Clearly explain game rules, room themes, puzzles, and solutions. Monitor guests through a computer screen for up to one hour while remaining attentive and focused. Communicate with guests during games and provide helpful clues when needed. Have basic computer skills and feel comfortable using technology. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Learn and confidently explain the solutions to all puzzles and game rooms. Be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. Live within approximately 15-20 minutes of downtown Naperville. Be available to accept occasional shifts with short notice. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, responsible, comfortable working with people, and able to respond quickly when additional staffing is needed.
