The position will be mostly evenings and weekends with some daytime hours as needed. Flexibility is necessary. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Greeting guests Outstanding customer service Monitor and communicate with guests via remote audio and visual Expert understanding of all puzzles Repair/replace damaged puzzles/furniture Follow all policies and procedures of rooms Clean and prepare rooms for next guests Take pictures of guests after completion of rooms Janitorial work Answering phone calls Respond to messages via phone and email Flexible with schedule
