Duties Facilitate game sessions, challenges, and themed events with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide exceptional guest service by assisting visitors with game instructions, rules, and safety procedures Manage event setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment and props Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve conflicts promptly using effective conflict management skills Conduct safety checks, including first aid and CPR when necessary, to ensure a secure environment for all guests Oversee cash handling and processing transactions through POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticketing or merchandise sales Requirements Experience in events management or working with children in entertainment or educational settings Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; lifeguard experience is a plus Background in retail sales, food service, or theater enhances guest engagement capabilities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and public speaking ability Outdoor work experience or familiarity with outdoor activity environments is advantageous Knowledge of safety protocols related to hospitality venues or outdoor entertainment spaces Join us as a Game Master where your energy fuels fun!
