You'll welcome teams, introduce their adventure, monitor the action, provide well-timed hints, and reset the room so every group receives the same polished experience. This is a customer-facing position for someone who is upbeat, dependable, observant, and comfortable taking charge. No escape-room experience is required; paid training is provided. What You'll Do Welcome players, complete check-in, explain safety rules, and introduce the game's story. Monitor games using cameras and microphones. Recognize when players need help and provide clear hints without giving away too much. Respond calmly to unexpected situations, safety concerns, or minor equipment issues. Keep games running on schedule. Debrief teams and assist with post-game group photos. Quickly and accurately reset puzzles and props for the next group. Answer customer questions and assist with phone calls, emails, walk-ins, reservations, and payments. Keep the lobby and game areas clean, organized, and secure. Complete opening or closing duties as assigned. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old. Clear written and verbal communication. Friendly, positive, and confident when speaking to groups. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Strong attention to detail. Able to follow written checklists. Able to think quickly, manage competing priorities, and remain calm when something goes wrong. Comfortable using basic computer systems. Customer-service, public-speaking, or acting experience is helpful but not required. Able to stand or walk for up to an hour, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule Part-time shifts vary and may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Please include your complete weekly availability when applying.
