We create unforgettable virtual reality experiences for families, friends, birthday parties, and corporate groups, and we're looking for another great team member to join us. This position requires physical presence at our location, this is not a remote or a traditional part-time position with fixed weekly shifts. Instead, it's designed for someone who already has a flexible lifestyle and wants to earn additional income while helping create amazing guest experiences. This position is perfect for someone who already works remotely, freelances, is self-employed, or otherwise has a flexible schedule and wants to earn additional income without committing to fixed working hours.

How This Position Works:

Each week, you'll let us know the days and times you'd like to make yourself available. During those availability periods, you are free to use your time however you choose. As bookings are received, we contact available team members to offer the opportunity to operate the sessions. If you're available and choose to accept, you'll travel to the arena, welcome the guests, run the VR session, and receive hourly pay for the time worked. On-Call compensation is provided during your selected availability periods, regardless of whether a booking occurs. Because many bookings are made on relatively short notice, applicants who live close to Infinity Zone VR Arena and have reliable transportation are likely to receive and complete more opportunities. What You'll Do Welcome guests and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Prepare, set up, monitor, reset, and operate VR equipment for each session. Guide players through their VR sessions. Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting when needed (training provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and professional venue. Help ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable experience. What We're Looking For Previous customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or guest-facing experience. Friendly, confident communication skills. Comfortable using computers, tablets, and technology. Basic technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot simple equipment issues Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation. A passion for gaming, technology, or immersive entertainment is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Availability compensation during your selected On-Call periods.
