Game Master Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Game Master to oversee our escape game experiences. This role involves providing excellent customer service, guiding participants through the game, and ensuring a fun and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the game, offering hints when needed, encouraging guests to share their experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are prepared for their escape game experience Guide players through the game, explaining rules and objectives clearly Provide hints and assistance during gameplay to help teams progress while maintaining the challenge and excitement Encourage customers to leave reviews and share their positive experiences Monitor the game environment during sessions to ensure safety and engagement Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including cleaning rooms and common areas before and after games Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support team members in setting up and closing down game rooms as needed Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong communication skills to clearly explain game rules and provide hints effectively Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple groups simultaneously Enthusiasm for entertainment, puzzles, or immersive experiences is a plus Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing memorable entertainment experiences while fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.
