Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every visitor has a memorable, fun-filled journey while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to combine your love for entertainment, customer service, and problem-solving into a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Welcome guests with enthusiasm, providing clear instructions and an overview of the escape room experience. Facilitate the start of each game by explaining rules, safety procedures, and storyline context to ensure guest understanding. Monitor game progress in real-time, offering hints or assistance when appropriate to keep the experience engaging without giving away solutions. Maintain the security and integrity of each escape room by ensuring puzzles and props are handled responsibly and report any damages or issues promptly. Manage guest interactions professionally, resolving conflicts or concerns swiftly to uphold a positive atmosphere. Process cash transactions, book reservations, and handle POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to support smooth operations. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including emergency procedures like CPR or first aid if necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times. Requirements Previous experience in events management or working at an event venue is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experience. Ability to work outdoors or in varied environments; outdoor work experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guiding groups confidently through complex scenarios. Experience working with children or in hospitality settings adds value to engaging diverse audiences. Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid, CPR certification preferred; lifeguard or rescue experience is advantageous. Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and moving props safely. Basic math skills for managing reservations and transactions accurately. Experience with event management software or theater experience can be beneficial for coordinating immersive experiences effectively.
