Overview We're looking for new game masters to introduce guests to their new adventures, and offer guidance when needed. This position will require attention and patience to offer clues as necessary, but only when they are wanted. $10/hour + $5 per game you run Shifts go from noon to 6 PM, or 5-10 PM Flexible scheduling around other jobs Free access to all 3 rooms Other Details Our rooms have automatic tech, enabling you to run multiple games simultaneously. Ideally, after about 3 months of training, you will be able to run all 3 games at once (total $15 bonus). Once you progress enough in training, shifts will be on call. You will only need to be here when there are appointments (which typically happens every shift). If you are on the clock and at home waiting for bookings, you will still be sent an additional bonus of half your hourly rate ($5/hr). If you are on call, you would need to be ready to arrive for any short-notice bookings within 30 minutes. It's most important to us that everyone has a good time. We like as many people to succeed as possible. This takes proactive effort to offer clues as needed. Basic Requirements Must be age 16+ Must have your own independent transportation Looking for year-round employment, not seasonal (as training often takes 3 months) Useful Skills Multitasking will be important for running multiple rooms simultaneously. It's most important that everyone has a good time. Being personable will help. Prior experience with related skills like food service, customer service, babysitting, etc. will be useful, but not required. No prior experience in escape rooms will be necessary. You'll get enough on the job.
