Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate/ Game Master to join our team. At the front desk you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers through energetic and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting groups and getting them checked in, answering the phone, being familiar with our facility and the answers to our frequently asked questions, organizing our guests to create a smooth experience for both them and our game masters, and helping to maintain the cleanliness of our facility. In this position, you will start solely at the front desk, and later be trained on running rooms as a Game Master so that you can be flexible between both positions. As a game master you will be creating magic for our guests by embodying a character to tell the story of our games, giving clues, managing technical cues from the control room, cleaning and resetting rooms, and running birthday parties! Duties:

• Be the first face to welcome our guests. Help them get checked in, or with anything else they need!
• Customer communication via phone or occasionally email
• Assist customers with booking, purchasing merchandise or gift cards
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests in our lobby
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve game content and customer experience
• Learn to start, run, and reset our games, keeping to a strict schedule.

Preferred Experience:

• Hospitality or customer service experience to provide exceptional service
• Cash handling experience for processing payments and managing transactions
• First aid certification is a plus
