Duties Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring smooth operation and guest enjoyment Welcome guests with enthusiasm, providing clear instructions and assistance for gameplay Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a positive atmosphere Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling procedures Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with safety rules and venue policies Required Skills Experience working with children, large groups and/or retail environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in public speaking scenarios Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and processing transactions accurately Can type accurately at 30+ words per minute Basic understanding of how to operate and control a multi-screen computer. Extreme multitasking IE running multiple rooms at once Comfortable working independently Must be 18 years or older Shift hours: 11am - 7:30pm Required items: 1-2 pairs of bluetooth headphones, a mobile phone with a good camera, reliable transportation Join us as a Game Master where your energy fuels unforgettable adventures! Pay:

$17.13 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
