Position Purpose Creative Design Manager leads the development and management of the Victory Schools brand, overseeing creative design, marketing materials, digital media, photography, videography, website content, social media, publications, and promotional initiatives. This role ensures all communications align with the organization's mission, values, and professional standards. The Creative Design Manager develops creative concepts, branding standards, campaigns, and multimedia content to support student recruitment, employee engagement, community partnerships, and public awareness. This position collaborates with leadership, departments, campuses, vendors, and community partners to create consistent, high-quality visual communications that strengthen the Victory Schools brand while supporting organizational goals. Marketing, Communications & Digital Media The Creative Design Manager provides leadership and support for marketing, communications, and digital media initiatives by developing creative campaigns, promotional materials, and communication strategies that strengthen community engagement, enrollment, recruitment, and organizational awareness. Develop and implement marketing campaigns promoting Victory Schools, Supreme Education Services, programs, partnerships, and initiatives. Create marketing materials, digital content, newsletters, advertisements, announcements, and promotional resources. Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop communication strategies aligned with organizational goals. Support branding and visual presentation for events, meetings, trainings, conferences, and community outreach activities. Coordinate projects with vendors, printers, photographers, videographers, and media partners. Monitor timelines, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and recommend improvements. Maintain a consistent, professional public image across all communications. Perform additional marketing and communication responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director of Operations. Photography, Videography & Multimedia Production The Creative Design Manager plans, produces, and manages professional photography, videography, and multimedia content that highlights the mission, programs, achievements, students, and employees of Victory Schools and Supreme Education Services. This position supports marketing, recruitment, communications, fundraising, and community engagement while maintaining brand consistency and professional standards. Produce photography, videography, and multimedia content for events, programs, communications, and promotional initiatives. Capture and edit high-quality photos, videos, interviews, testimonials, highlight reels, and presentations. Develop visual stories that promote student success, employee engagement, organizational culture, and community partnerships. Collaborate with leadership and administrators to capture meaningful organizational activities. Maintain organized digital media archives and ensure compliance with privacy and media release requirements. Coordinate with vendors and manage multimedia equipment, recommending upgrades as needed. Create multimedia presentations for meetings, trainings, conferences, fundraising, and community events. Stay current with multimedia trends and technologies to enhance organizational communications. Perform additional multimedia responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director of Operations. Website, Social Media & Digital Content Management The Creative Design Manager oversees the organization's digital presence by developing, managing, and maintaining website content, social media platforms, digital communications, and online branding initiatives. This position ensures all digital content is accurate, engaging, visually consistent, and aligned with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Victory Schools and Supreme Education Services. Develop, maintain, and update content across all organizational websites to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment. Design and publish digital content for organizational websites, landing pages, online publications, email communications, and digital marketing campaigns. Manage the organization's social media platforms by creating engaging graphics, videos, photography, promotional campaigns, and written content. Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar that supports organizational initiatives, enrollment, recruitment, fundraising, employee recognition, and community engagement. Monitor website performance, user engagement, and social media analytics while recommending strategies that strengthen organizational visibility and public engagement. Collaborate with Executive Leadership and District Office departments to ensure digital communications accurately reflect current organizational priorities and initiatives. Ensure digital content complies with organizational branding standards, accessibility requirements, copyright laws, and applicable regulations. Respond to changing organizational priorities by updating websites, digital publications, social media platforms, and marketing materials in a timely manner. Research emerging digital marketing strategies, social media trends, artificial intelligence tools, and communication technologies to strengthen the organization's online presence. Coordinate digital marketing initiatives with outside vendors, website developers, technology partners, and communication consultants as needed. Maintain secure organization and storage of digital assets, website files, social media credentials, and multimedia resources. Perform additional website, social media, and digital content management responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director of Operations. Strategic Planning, Brand Development, and Organizational Improvement The Creative Design Manager provides leadership in strategic planning, brand development, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen the visibility, reputation, and growth of Victory Schools and Supreme Education Services. This position collaborates with Executive Leadership to develop creative strategies that support organizational priorities, student enrollment, employee recruitment, community engagement, fundraising initiatives, and long-term organizational success. Collaborate with the Executive Director of Operations and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement organizational branding, marketing, and communication strategies. Develop annual creative services goals, marketing plans, project timelines, and departmental objectives that align with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Identify opportunities to strengthen the Victory Schools brand through innovative marketing campaigns, creative storytelling, and visual communications. Assist with the development and management of the Creative Services budget while ensuring responsible stewardship of organizational resources. Coordinate purchasing of creative software, photography and videography equipment, promotional materials, branded apparel, signage, printing services, marketing resources, and related supplies. Establish and maintain relationships with printers, promotional vendors, photographers, videographers, advertising agencies, web developers, and other creative partners to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions. Evaluate creative projects, marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and organizational communications to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Research emerging design trends, marketing strategies, communication technologies, artificial intelligence tools, and multimedia innovations to enhance organizational communications and improve efficiency. Develop organizational templates, branding standards, creative workflows, and design systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and collaboration throughout the organization. Support organizational growth initiatives, new campuses, special programs, fundraising events, community partnerships, and strategic projects through creative planning and visual communications. Maintain organized project management systems, production schedules, creative calendars, and digital asset management systems to ensure timely completion of organizational priorities. Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for Executive Leadership regarding marketing initiatives, branding projects, creative performance, and organizational communications. Recommend innovative ideas and creative solutions that strengthen organizational branding, public relations, community awareness, and employee engagement. Perform additional strategic planning and organizational improvement responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director of Operations. Collaboration and Communication The Creative Design Manager collaborates with Executive Leadership, District Office departments, school administrators, employees, vendors, community partners, photographers, media organizations, and outside agencies to ensure effective communication, consistent branding, and exceptional creative services throughout Victory Schools and Supreme Education Services. This position develops collaborative relationships that support organizational initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Collaborate with the Executive Director of Operations, Executive Leadership Team, Principals, Directors, Managers, and District Office personnel to support organizational initiatives and strategic priorities. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with school administrators, employees, vendors, media representatives, printers, photographers, videographers, web developers, advertising agencies, and community partners. Provide creative guidance and branding support to campuses and District Office departments regarding organizational communications, marketing materials, promotional items, presentations, and special projects. Communicate branding standards, project timelines, creative expectations, and production schedules clearly and professionally. Meet with stakeholders to gather project requirements, develop creative concepts, establish timelines, and ensure successful completion of creative projects. Present creative concepts, branding recommendations, marketing strategies, and design solutions to Executive Leadership and organizational stakeholders. Coordinate creative projects with internal departments and external vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service while responding promptly and professionally to requests for creative services and marketing support. Promote collaboration, professionalism, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Represent Victory Schools and Supreme Education Services professionally during community events, marketing initiatives, conferences, promotional activities, and public engagements.
