Full Job Description Type:

Full-time | On-site (Costa Mesa, CA) We're a design + experiential agency with a strong post-production department (editors, designers, artists, animators, CGI, etc.) supporting major brand work across video, live events, presentations, and integrated campaigns. We're looking for a Senior Web Designer who can jump into projects quickly, work independently, and bring a strong point of view to client work. You'll partner closely with our Design and Development teams to translate brand direction into clean, modern, well-crafted web experiences. This role goes beyond execution. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, spots what's missing, and pushes the work forward creatively, not just visually polishes what's already been decided. What You'll Do Design wireframes, site maps, and user flows before moving into visual design Design and refine web pages, layouts, and digital assets for client projects Design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, modern web experiences Collaborate with our Design and Development teams to ensure design feasibility, and prepare specs and assets for smooth handoff Collaborate with our Design Producers to keep projects on track and aligned with timelines Provide creative input during concepting, revisions, and client feedback rounds Maintain clear, proactive communication with the team What We Expect You to Already Know Deep understanding of layout, typography, and UX fundamentals Experience with wireframing, responsive design, and basic usability and accessibility best practices Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools Ability to translate brand systems into digital experiences that feel intentional and polished Comfortable managing your own time and deliverables in a remote, fast-paced environment Nice to Have Strong knowledge of Webflow Motion graphics or 3D experience on websites Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Web Design or in a related field (Interactive Media, Graphic Design) 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio to show for it Experience working on client-facing projects Clear, confident communicator, in writing and in creative discussions Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a broader creative team Non-Negotiables (Read Before Applying) This role is a strong fit for people who bring excellence to both the work and the team.
