Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web and Graphic Designer to join our creative team! Your expertise will drive the design and development of engaging websites, impactful graphics, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals. Duties Develop and execute innovative web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular to create responsive, user-friendly websites. Design compelling graphics, logos, motion graphics, and visual UI/UX elements utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and After Effects. Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with tools like Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, or Figma to visualize concepts and facilitate user research. Implement web accessibility standards and usability best practices to ensure inclusive digital experiences across all devices and platforms. Optimize websites for SEO performance using data analysis skills and web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to enhance visibility and engagement. Maintain and update existing websites through content management systems such as Drupal or SharePoint while ensuring website management best practices. Collaborate with developers on front-end development tasks involving PHP, Python, Node.js, SQL databases like MySQL or SQL Server, and version control systems such as Git. Conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions; analyze data to improve web performance and user satisfaction. Manage website production workflows including layout design, information architecture, web production tasks, and website maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects featuring responsive web design and interaction design principles. Extensive knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, After Effects, and Sketch.
