- Support the Senior Designer in creating and designing weekly and seasonal digital assets for desktop, mobile, email and social for Williams Sonoma and its emerging brands, Mark & Graham and Rejuvenation
- Assist the Senior Designer & eCom with maintaining daily and weekly homepages, features and marketing creative assets
- Assist coordinators in maintaining daily and weekly email campaigns
- Present designs for approvals and feedback to Senior Designer
- Collaborate with and support design team members on Creative teams across US and Global websites
- Work with the Senior Designer to develop and evolve process between creative, developers, merchants and site management teams
- Work with team members to maintain process by keeping servers, files and preview site up to brand standard
- Manage personal workflow to meet business and creative deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
- 1-2 years of web design experience
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Experience with Web-based Content Management systems
- Highly proficient in Mac OSX (connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents)
- Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
