You'll work directly with our team to build and update client websites, use AI tools like Claude to help create pages, and assist with setting up the systems clients use to run their businesses. You don't need to be an expert in everything below. We're looking for a solid foundation in web design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What you'll do

• Build and update website pages using WordPress, Elementor, and AI tools like Claude.
• Adjust layouts, images, and content so pages look good on desktop and mobile.
• Help set up client forms, calendars, CRM tools, and simple automations.
• Test pages and client systems, catch issues, and make fixes with guidance.
• Keep track of changes and document how things are set up. What we're looking for
• Some experience building websites, with examples you can show us. Personal projects count.
• A good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and mobile design.
• Comfort learning software and working through problems.
• Clear communication, organization, and reliable follow-through.
• Interest in using AI tools and checking the quality of what they produce.

Experience with WordPress, Elementor, JavaScript, Claude, basic HTML/CSS, or CRM tools is a plus as well as PHP. You won't be expected to independently engineer complex software or lead client strategy.
