Responsibilities :

Design & Development:

Creating visually compelling, user-friendly websites and custom themes using WordPress, HTML5, and CSS3.

Brand Evolution:

Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across web and print media.

User Experience:

Implementing UX/UI and accessibility standards to ensure websites are optimized for all devices.

Content Creation:

Developing graphics, icons, and video content for social media, and taking professional photos/videos as needed.

Collaboration:

Partnering with developers, content creators, and cross-functional teams like Sales and Operations to align with business goals.

Skills :

Enhanced Technical and Professional Skills Bilingualism:

The ability to speak Spanish is considered a plus.

Multimedia Expertise:

Practical experience in photography is highly beneficial for capturing original content for web and print.

Marketing Strategy:

A solid working knowledge of brand development, interactive commerce, and the creative process.

Motion Graphics:

The ability to storyboard ideas and develop innovative motion graphics solutions.

Qualifications :

Education:

Associate's degree in Web, Marketing, or Graphic Design required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in web design, maintenance, and creative marketing roles.

A professional online portfolio that illustrates your design talents and prior web development work is required.

Technical Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, and WordPress.
