Summary
The Graphic Design Assistant position supports the outreach and marketing efforts of the School of Media and Communication. purpose of this job is to design, develop, and maintain a professional, user-friendly website that supports the goals of the School of Media and Communication.

Essential Functions
Design, develop, and maintain a professional website.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and compatible with multiple browsers and devices.
Regularly update content, troubleshoot issues, and optimize site performance.
Integrate multimedia content, including videos, images, and project related documents.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to align the website with project goals.
Implement security best practices to protect website data and user privacy.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and website security best practices, including SSL, secure logins, and data protection.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Additional Information
Student must complete the online Adobe CMS & Web Accessibility training course
