Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing user-friendly websites, and maintaining brand consistency across digital and print media. This role requires a combination of artistic creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of user experience (UX) principles. This role is a hybrid position with the expectation of being onsite in NE Indiana multiple times a week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position. While not all tasks may be performed by every employee in this role, all employees are expected to perform related tasks as needed. These essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Design and develop engaging visual content for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials. Create website layouts, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Collaborate with the PR Marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and user experience. Maintain and enhance company websites, ensuring functionality, responsiveness and visual appeal. Design digital assets, including banners, infographics, icons and promotional graphics. Optimize graphics and web pages for speed, usability, and search engine visibility. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and printed materials. Stay current with design trends, web technologies, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Conduct website testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance across devices and browsers. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Occupational Exposure Risk Classification:
The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. The normal work routine has a minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment. The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending, lifting, twisting) in the work area.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in graphic design or closely related field. Bachelors preferred
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of graphic design, web design, or a related role.
Certificate or Professional License:
Adobe Certified Professional, UX/UI, and CMS-related certification Valid driver's license and active auto insurance coverage.
Travel:
