Us Plugged In Band Program is a non-profit music educationanization dedicated to inspiring musicians through performance, education, andmunity. We're looking for a creative and experienced Web Designer to help elevate our online presence by designing a modern, engaging, and user-friendly . Position Overview We are seeking a talented Web Designer with experience in Wix Studio and User Experience (UX) design. The ideal candidate also has a strong understanding of ADA accessibility standards and can design s that are inclusive, accessible, and easy to navigate for all users. This is a contract/freelance opportunity with the potential for future collaboration.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities Design and develop a professional using Wix Studio. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma or similar design tools. UX best practices to improve navigation, accessibility, and user engagement. Ensure the follows ADA accessibility best practices, including accessible navigation, color contrast, keyboard navigation, image alt text, semantic structure, and other accessibility considerations. Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Optimize performance and overall user experience. Collaborate with our team throughout the design process and make revisions based on feedback. Qualifications Proven experience designing s in Wix Studio. Strong proficiency in wireframing and UX design principles. Demonstrated experience designing and building ADA-accessible s. Knowledge of current web accessibility standards and best practices. Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern UI trends. Strongmunication skills and ability to manage project timelines. Experience working with nonprofits, musicanizations, educational programs, or creativeanizations is a plus.
