ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a versatile Designer to own the visual and web presence for our client portfolio. You'll split your time between graphic design — social content, branding, and marketing collateral — and website work — updates, landing pages, and ongoingmaintenance — reporting directly to our Marketing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design social media graphics, brand assets, and marketing collateral in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Build and maintain client websites — updates, new pages, and landing pages Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign creative Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate with hosting providers as needed Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or web development Must be local to Waco/Central Texas Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with website platforms — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or similar Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize Independently in a remote environment
