Marketing Spcialist

Job Summary:

A Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and analyzes marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales through digital and traditional channels. They conduct market research, manage social media, create content, and track KPIs to optimize strategies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Production/design of custom videos, documents, e-courses, websites and graphics for usage in marketing, recruitment, training and morale. Creating marketing plans and establishing KPIs using analytics to then provide evidence on ROI to stakeholders. Creating communication methods to keep management updated on project progression. Managing social media business pages. Support operations as needed and directed.

Physical and Work Location Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Remote work from home position. Schedule is set by manager. Company specifications must be met for internet connectivity when working from home.
