Essential Functions:
Support web design across Fender's Shopify website ecosystem Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the creative team to ensure continuity in delivery of product design expectations Evolve and scale responsive design systems across web touchpoints Contribute to and champion the refreshed Fender design language Present design work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders Balance large initiatives with iterative optimizations (e.g. PDP/PLP updates, merch modules)Qualifications:
6+ years of web design experience, with a strong UI/ UX background in supporting global corporate websites that combine brand storytelling with eCommerce Strong UX skills, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and problem solving Excellent visual design skills with experience collaborating closely with brand/creative teams Experience working in Shopify and/or content management systems like Contentful Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Jira workflows Ability to self-direct and confidently present work in a lean, cross-functional environment Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through designBonus Points:
