We are seeking a meticulous, highly analytical Senior SaaS UI/UX Designer & QA Specialist to lead the quality evaluation and user experience overhaul of our core web and mobile applications. Our goal is to transform our platform into a world-class, 2026-standard SaaS experience—clean, intelligent, AI-assisted, and exceptionally intuitive. This is not a surface-level visual design role. We need a seasoned professional who deeply understands complex operational workflows, data-dense dashboards, and the intricate needs of legal systems. You will combine hands-on UX auditing and QA testing with strategic UI redesign recommendations to elevate our product's performance and usability. End-to-End QA & Usability Testing:

Conduct thorough, systematic evaluations of web and mobile application builds to identify functional bugs, UI inconsistencies, edge-case failures, and usability friction. ​

UX/UI Redesign & Auditing:

Audit existing legal workflows and data-heavy dashboards; design actionable wireframes, user flows, and interface enhancements aligned with modern AI-assisted SaaS standards. ​

Actionable Recommendations:

Provide detailed, prioritized audit reports and design specs that give engineering teams direct, implementation-ready guidance. ​

Workflow & Dashboard Optimization:

Simplify high-density legal and operational screens into intuitive, streamlined interfaces without sacrificing functional depth. ​

AI-Assisted UX Integration:

Design and test modern interaction patterns, such as AI-driven automation, smart search, inline assistance, and predictive legal workflows. ​

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product leaders and developers during weekend in-office sessions to review findings, align on UX standards, and sprint through design feedback loops. ​ Required Qualifications & Experience ​

Senior SaaS UX/UI Expertise:

Proven track record of designing or auditing complex, multi-tiered B2B SaaS platforms (LegalTech, FinTech, or HealthTech experience preferred). ​

Meticulous QA & Testing Capability:

Strong background in structured software testing, functional QA, visual regression checking, and end-user empathy. ​

Complex Data & Workflow Mastery:

Demonstrated experience structuring data-heavy dashboards, detailed reporting interfaces, and multi-step operational workflows. ​ Modern Design Standards (2026 Criteria): Proficiency with modern design systems, micro-interactions, responsive frameworks, and AI-native interface design principles. ​

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (portfolio submission required). ​

Tool Proficiency:
