Location :

Chicago | Hybrid Our client is looking for a Web Design Specialist to lead design implementation for the organization. You'll partner with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams to deliver strong user experiences and work within brand guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage UX/UI design end-to-end, from initial discovery and research to prototypes and final delivery Create intuitive, accessible, high-fidelity interfaces for web and apps Pinpoint user friction points and craft clean, effective design solutions Run user research and usability testing, applying insights to refine designs Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes across Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to keep the platform consistent Work alongside cross-functional teams through design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions Keep up with UX/UI trends and evolving best practices Requirements 6+ years in UX/UI design A portfolio that demonstrates strong end-to-end design work across web and mobile Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop Proven experience building and managing design systems Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field is a plus #INDHP City Staffing is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our business.
