Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice is seeking a motivated, dependable, tech-savvy, and creative individual to join our team in a Web Design, social media & IT support role. This is a multifaceted position for someone who enjoys both the creative side of technology and marketing and the hands-on-problem-solving side of IT support. The individual in this role will assist with maintaining and updating our company website, managing social media content, creating graphics and marketing materials, supporting community engagement efforts, and providing day-to-day technical assistance to employees. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and assist with the design of the company website.
- Manage company social media accounts and help develop engaging, professional content.
- Create graphics, digital content, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with marketing initiative and community management efforts.
- Provide day-to-day IT and technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, and other office technology and equipment.
- Assist employees with basic software, hardware, connectivity, and technology-related issues.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence and digital communication.
- Bring creative ideas and recommendations for social media, marketing website content, and technology.
- Work collaboratively with management and staff across the organization.
- Perform other related marketing, technology, and administrative duties as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:

- Knowledgeable about websites, social media platforms, and digital content.

- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize task.
- Professional and able to work collaboratively with employees and management.
- Proactive and willing to bring new ideas to the table. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience or education in one of more of the following areas is preferred:
- Web design or website management
- Information technology
- Computer support/troubleshooting
- Social media management
- Digital marketing
- Graphic design
- Content creation
