Implement responsive web designs that function flawlessly across desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity during website development and deployment. Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights for continuous improvement of website interfaces and interactions. Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and accessibility standards to reach broader audiences and ensure inclusivity. Maintain existing websites by updating content, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular website management tasks using content management systems like Drupal or SharePoint. Skills Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure. Strong understanding of visual UI/UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience with motion graphics, prototypes, wireframing tools like Balsamiq or UXPin, and web production software. Knowledge of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, React, Redux, AJAX, SCSS/SASS, Less. Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data analysis and optimization insights. Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, responsive web design techniques, and mobile-first approaches. Ability to work with content management systems like Drupal or SharePoint; experience with website maintenance is a plus. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
