Full-Time Position Summary QLS is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to develop, maintain, and optimize one of our company's online presence. The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and updating the company website, creating digital marketing assets, improving user experience, and supporting lead generation efforts. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer engagement for the industrial HVAC industry thorough web design or digital content. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain the company website and landing pages. Create visually appealing website layouts that align with the company's brand identity. Optimize website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. Ensure website content is accurate, current, and SEO-friendly. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop web content and promotional materials. Design digital graphics, banners, email templates, and other marketing assets. Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions. Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings. Manage website updates, plugins, and content management systems (CMS). Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with hosting providers or developers as needed. Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms. Stay current with emerging web design trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Candidates with portfolios or able to show previous work material are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience designing business websites, preferably in construction, industrial services, or HVAC industries. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Experience with Content Management Systems (Webflow preferred). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar design software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
