Job Description
We're looking for a Web Producer & Designer who can own the full lifecycle of web content — from design and layout through publishing and optimization. This role blends visual design sensibility with hands-on technical execution, keeping the website current, on-brand, and performing well.
What You'll DoDesign and build web pages, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelinesPublish, update, and maintain website content using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal)Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate campaign concepts into web-ready assetsOptimize page layouts for user experience, load speed, and conversionEnsure content is SEO-friendly and follows on-page best practicesTroubleshoot basic front-end issues (HTML/CSS) and coordinate with developers on more complex fixesQA new pages and features across browsers and devices before launchManage web production timelines and prioritize requests across multiple stakeholders
