• you'll
• :•+ Design and shape websites, applications, and digital experiences + Translate strategy into clear, usable, and engaging solutions + Define structure, interaction, and content approaches + Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs + Build and evolve design systems that scale across platforms + Work closely with writers, strategists, designers, and developers + Present work with clear rationale and guide decisions + Ensure work meets accessibility, usability, and performance standards + Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals •You'll•need:•+ 5 or more years of experience designing for web and mobile + A portfolio thatdemonstratesstrong thinking and execution across digital experiences •

Additional Professional Attributes:

• + Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and responsive systems + Experience working within or building design systems + Ability to understand how design translates into development + Comfort working within constraints such as accessibility, performance, and compliance + Strong attention to detail and organization + Ability to use tools, including AI, while applying your own judgment

• - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $89,649.00 - $152,404.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
