In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

4 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. 4 plus years of Java experience, including proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot. 2 plus years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development. Deep understanding of Reactive Programming, including WebFlux. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures. Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines. Database expertise with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS). 2 plus years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interfaces (APIs).

Desired Qualifications:

3 plus years of experience with Cloud technologies. Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering concepts. Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.

Duration:

12 months, with potential to extend up to 24 months and/or convert. Conversion capability is preferred but not required. The priority is finding the best-qualified candidate.
