Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented WordPress Developer to join our team at Bullseye Digital Marketing, a small boutique agency in Panama City Beach. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in website development, paired with hands on experience in graphic design and video editing to support multi-channel marketing efforts for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Building and customizing new websites using WordPress. Updating existing client websites on various themes. Occasionally developing custom WordPress themes. Managing routine site maintenance, including safe plugin and theme updates. Ensuring websites are optimized for speed and basic SEO. Editing existing video footage to create new commercials and video highlight reels. Creating custom graphics for use on various social media channels.
Requirements:
Proven, hands on experience building and managing WordPress websites. A solid understanding of basic web design principles, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, Java etc. A portfolio or a list of live website links you have built or managed. Familiarity with standard design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, etc.). Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Location:
In office at our Panama City Beach location.
Hours:
Part time with flexible scheduling between 10am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
