Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services for customer care and survey platforms. Build scalable REST APIs and integrate with AWS services. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design decisions. Troubleshoot production issues and support system reliability. Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality software.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambda. Experience building and supporting production APIs. Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes or similar container platforms. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills using logs and monitoring tools (Datadog or similar). Experience with automated testing and API testing tools such as Postman. Nice to
