Web Migration Analyst

Requirements 5 or more years of experience in WordPress CMS development and large-scale web migrations. Proficiency in WCAG guidelines and accessible web design standards. Experience with SEO preservation, URL redirects, and content integrity validation. Experience with DNS protocols, domain configuration, and subdomain management. Experience with Git version control systems and technical deployment workflows. Experience with functional requirement mapping for plugins, forms, and workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Direct the migration of diverse websites from legacy hosting platforms to centralized CMS environments. Execute technical assessments for site functionality including search, events, and third-party integrations. Implement accessibility remediation and SEO redirection strategies during the platform transition process. Coordinate with web hosting vendors and technical teams to resolve migration and connectivity issues. Configure DNS settings and validate domain URLs for migrated production environments. Design technical intake processes and tracking mechanisms for site transition requests. Document migration procedures and technical specifications for enterprise-wide knowledge sharing.
