Key Responsibilities Back End Go Developer Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang). Collaborate with product owners, software architects, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Develop scalable and maintainable microservices and distributed applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven integrations. Build secure, performant, and reliable backend systems that adhere to established architecture and development standards. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering practices across teams. Design and implement data access layers, business logic, and integration services. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, application defects, and performance bottlenecks. Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes. Work with cloud services, containerized environments, and orchestration platforms. Monitor application performance, availability, and operational health. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and implementation details. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Key Qualifications / Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and distributed systems.
