This role will contribute to the delivery of reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps teams. You'll be part of a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative software solutions that provide real business value. Key Responsibilities Back End Go Developer Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang). Collaborate with product owners, software architects, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Develop scalable and maintainable microservices and distributed applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven integrations. Build secure, performant, and reliable backend systems that adhere to established architecture and development standards. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering practices across teams. Design and implement data access layers, business logic, and integration services. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, application defects, and performance bottlenecks. Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes. Work with cloud services, containerized environments, and orchestration platforms. Monitor application performance, availability, and operational health. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and implementation details. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to ongoing modernization and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Qualifications / Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Go (Golang). Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and distributed systems. Experience developing RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and service-oriented architectures. Experience building microservices and event-driven applications. Experience working with relational databases such as Postgre
SQL, SQL
Server, or MySQL. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms. Experience implementing automated testing, including unit, integration, and API testing. Experience with Git-based source control workflows and modern branching strategies. Understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment automation. Experience working with Docker and containerized applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience working within Agile development teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event sourcing patterns. Experience implementing observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing. Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and API governance standards. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep. Knowledge of security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding principles. Experience working with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and identity management solutions. Familiarity with performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability optimization. Experience supporting highly available production systems in enterprise environments. Exposure to GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar CI/CD tools. Experience developing enterprise-scale microservices architectures. Experience designing integrations between ERP, warehouse management, manufacturing, and third-party systems. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous messaging patterns. Experience implementing RBAC, authentication, authorization, and audit logging capabilities. Ability to contribute to architecture governance and technical design reviews. Experience supporting mission-critical applications with high availability and reliability requirements. Understanding of cloud-native application development and modernization strategies. Experience working within cross-functional teams spanning product, architecture, security, QA, and operations.
