The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. - + Architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-quality frontend applications aligned to the Tech Inventory Engineering roadmap + Translate user and business requirements into intuitive, performant, and accessible experiences, owning the end-to-end frontend across platforms + Ensure frontend reliability, performance, observability, and security through strong engineering practices + Apply modern UI technologies, frameworks, and design patterns to build maintainable, testable systems and shared components + Partner with product, design, and backend teams to build the right solutions while influencing UX, accessibility, and quality standards + Drive frontend quality through automated testing (UI, component, BDD) and robust CI/CD practices + Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to elevate technical capability across the team + Support the product through on-call participation, proactively reducing issues through quality and observability •About you:•+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend engineering + Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.
