TOP SECRET w/ SCI Software/ Web Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support the Geospatial Services & Solutions (GSS) business area in delivering high-quality, cost-effective software solutions within a sophisticated enterprise environment. The Software Developer will participate in SAFe and Scrum development teams and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment. The developer will build and deploy custom applications and services supporting the customer's enterprise and GEOINT mission. Responsibilities Research, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions. Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Write well-designed, efficient, maintainable, and testable code. Develop automated unit and integration tests, resolve defects, and support formal testing and releases. Design and maintain application code across development, test, production, and on-premises/data-center environments. Utilize the customer's enterprise DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to build, test, integrate, and deploy software. Develop and maintain application monitoring while adhering to established security requirements. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, story development, estimation, retrospectives, and other SAFe/Scrum activities. Communicate progress, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns to the Scrum Master and development team. Maintain technical documentation and recommend improvements to application processes, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Provide technical support and consultation for application, database, and infrastructure issues. Develop solutions that integrate enterprise data, databases, geospatial systems, and customer workflows. Mission & Technical Environment The developer will support enterprise geospatial and imagery capabilities within an NGA mission environment. Work may include applications and workflows supporting imagery ingestion, validation, backup, tracking, dissemination, and geospatial product management. Technologies and systems may include
GIMS, GDATM, GRMS, MARGE, NGA
product dissemination systems, AMSD, DPPDB, UCAP, GMM, and other GEOINT and imagery systems. Required Qualifications 5+ years of related software development experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, technical training, or professional/military experience. Active TS/SCI clearance required; eligibility to obtain a CI polygraph. Expert proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with multiple technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, React, or .NET/Visual Basic. Strong understanding of software development processes and DevSecOps practices. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and container-based application development. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Nexus. Experience with SQL data stores and enterprise databases. Experience deploying software to on-premises/data-center infrastructure. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaborative development skills. Experience using Jira and Confluence in an Agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing containers for Red Hat OpenShift. Experience with Elasticsearch. Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS/Sass/Less, JavaScript, or React. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Helm or Terraform. Experience with AWS/cloud infrastructure. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational/object-relational databases. Experience with ArcGIS, MAPINFO, or other geospatial technologies. Familiarity with NGA systems architecture, GEOINT workflows, imagery databases, or intelligence-community mission systems. Experience developing dashboards, workflow automation, APIs, or data-integration solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and professional or military experience. Security Requirement Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a CI polygraph.

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
