J&M Management Services is hiring a Seasonal Supervisor to lead a team on the CMS Eligibility Support contract in Lawton, OK, from December 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role for someone who already knows what it takes to run a team on a federal contract — and who doesn't need a training manual to get there. You'll supervise 10-40 employees performing work tied to the Affordable Care Act, keep the team on schedule and on mission, coach performance issues before they become problems, and represent J&M's interests with professionalism when it matters most. If you've worked a CMS site before, you already know the pace, the stakes, and the expectations — we want someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
