Title:

Digital Messaging Execution Specialist

Location:

Richmond, VA (hybrid)

Duration:

11 months, potential for extension Role Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Messaging Execution Specialist to design, build, test, and deploy inbound digital customer messaging across web and mobile banking platforms. This production-focused role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Building & Execution:

Partner with internal enterprise stakeholders to translate messaging objectives into targeted digital campaigns across web and mobile applications.

Technical Testing & Validation:

Use Insomnia to run GET and

POST API

requests, testing and troubleshooting messaging logic and user targeting rules.

Cross-Platform Verification:

Deploy and validate messages across web browsers, iOS (Xcode), and Android (Android Studio) environments using custom test accounts.

Project Management & Communication:

Manage multiple concurrent projects, providing regular status updates to cross-functional teams and mid-level leadership.

Data & Process Optimization:

Pull and analyze messaging performance data via Tableau and Splunk while actively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

Qualifications & Experience Experience:

3+ years in digital messaging production; 1+ years operating in macOS.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), API testing tools (Insomnia), mobile emulation environments (Xcode, Android Studio), and Google Workspace.

Analytics Tools:

Familiarity with reporting and log monitoring platforms like Tableau and Splunk.

Core Competencies:

Strong client-facing communication, high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the capacity to juggle competing priorities effectively.
