Back-End Developer (Nexthink / Digital Experience Engineering)
Location:
Spring TX (100% Onsite)
Rate:
$65
  • 70/hr on W2 Role Overview We are seeking an Intermediate Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Nexthink and automation to support digital experience initiatives.
This role focuses on building scalable backend solutions, developing automations, and improving employee digital experience through observability, analytics, and proactive remediation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend solutions and APIs Build and manage Nexthink configurations, Remote Actions, and automated workflows Analyze DEX Score and endpoint telemetry to identify performance issues Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to drive decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and remediation strategies Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability with minimal technical debt Monitor system performance and proactively resolve user experience issues
Core Skills Required Nexthink Expertise:
Remote Actions, Flow automation, NQL queries, DEX analysis
Scripting & Automation:
Advanced PowerShell, REST APIs, integrations
Troubleshooting:
Endpoint performance, root cause analysis,
Windows OS Data & Reporting:
