Our marketing team builds the content, creative, and digital experiences that bring this mission to life. We're looking for an AI Web & Marketing Tech Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team and help turn AI-generated concepts and content into polished, functional web experiences. In this creative, technical marketing role, you'll serve as the bridge between our marketing content creators and technical web team. You'll take AI-assisted web pages and digital experiences, adapt them to our brand and technical standards, and bring them to life in our CMS. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving unfamiliar problems, experimenting with new tools, and helping define better ways of working. Your key contributions in this role will be: Turn AI-generated HTML files and web concepts into functional, production-ready pages in our CMS. Review and adjust pages to align with GoEngineer's brand guidelines, marketing style guide, and technical standards. Connect links, buttons, pop-ups, URLs, and other interactive elements to the appropriate website functionality. Integrate HubSpot forms, validate submissions and lead routing, and ensure page data flows cleanly through the correct connected systems. Troubleshoot front-end issues, fix bugs, and build or update custom code snippets and web elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Conduct thorough quality assurance across devices and browsers to maintain reliable, high-quality web experiences. Collaborate closely with content creators, digital marketing leaders, and technical team members to move projects from concept to launch. Help develop and improve repeatable workflows for bringing AI-generated content to the web more efficiently. Provide hands-on support across key marketing systems, including HubSpot, Shopify, and Celigo integrations, workflows, and data syncs. Create and maintain standard operating documentation for web assets, integrations, and repeatable processes. Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend new tools, approaches, and opportunities. Balance speed and quality while supporting a fast-paced pipeline of projects across the organization. We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply: Experience with front-end web development and a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience working with a CMS and the ability to learn new web platforms and systems. Functional experience supporting forms, integrations, and workflows across marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, or Celigo. Experience using AI-assisted web development tools or coding assistants, such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex, and an interest in developing agentic workflows that accelerate web production and automation. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to move from a desired outcome to a practical solution without a step-by-step playbook. Clear, proactive communication, including raising roadblocks and keeping collaborators informed. The ability to work autonomously while partnering effectively across creative and technical teams. Strong attention to detail and a quality-assurance mindset, with experience testing, debugging, and documenting web elements, form connections, and user experiences.
