What You'll Do Deliver data-dense interfaces where comp teams explore benchmarks, price roles, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence Architect code that scales with the product, and set the bar for craft: performance, interaction quality, and accessibility Drive technical strategy and held accountable for delivering outcomes, not just plans or implementation What You'll Bring 5+ years of frontend engineering experience You have empathy for compensation teams and understand the challenges involved in pricing an employees' pay Strong judgement in prioritization; you understand that there is as much value in what you descope as through what you ship Track record of great communication; you bring clarity to the most ambiguous and high-stakes problems You think and work holistically, taking a systemic lens to technical decisions You act as a force multiplier, creating reusable patterns, abstractions, or systems that extend being your own output You invest meaningfully in developing the engineers around you through coaching, mentorship, and feedback You thrive in fast-paced environments and ship thoughtful solutions without over-engineering Compensation, It's What We Do.
