Job Requirements Arlington, VA Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified $105,000 - $135,000 Job Description TIAG is now hiring a Front End Developer to design and maintain scalable web applications on our program at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA. This Developer reports onsite 5 days/week at the Office of Naval Research. This position requires a secret security clearance to be processed in order to start work. Senior Front End Developer responsibilities will include: Front-End Development (Angular) Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (versions 2 and above), ensuring responsive and high-performing solutions. Work closely with back-end developers to implement seamless API integrations and data-driven features. Write clean, modular, and efficient code with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. Optimize applications for speed, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness across various devices. Troubleshoot and debug issues, offering solutions that enhance the user experience. Write and maintain unit tests using Jasmine and Karma to ensure code quality and reliability. UI/UX Design & Figma Collaborate with product designers to implement intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI components and layouts. Use Figma to create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals. Translate product requirements into engaging user interfaces and enhance the overall user experience (UX). Participate in user testing and apply feedback to iterate and improve UI designs for better accessibility and usability. Contribute to maintaining and improving design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 10+ years of professional experience in front end software development.
