Join Provider Finance as a Web Administrator III and help keep the web tools, content, and digital services that support our programs running smoothly. In this role, you will design, update, and maintain Internet, intranet, and external portal solutions; organize web content so it is clear and useful; and work with technology partners to resolve website issues and improve service delivery. This position reports to the director of provider finance and works under limited supervision, with room to use your judgment, technical skills, and initiative. Essential Job Functions (EJFs): Analyzes the layout of Internet and intranet pages for efficiency and effectiveness and prepares graphics, text, and tables, including determining the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy. 20% Develops, implements, and maintains web applications, software solutions, and systems integration projects that enhance Internet, intranet, and external portal communities supporting Provider Finance. 20% Maintains the day-to-day operation and administration of Provider Finance websites and web content. 15% Designs and maintains infrastructure necessary to deliver Internet access and web hosting services. 10% Designs and implements new or revised web methods and solutions that effectively meet agency and Provider Finance needs. 10% Determines operational, technical, and support requirements for the operation and maintenance of databases, text, and graphics. 10% Interacts and communicates with the agency information management team or hosting agency to address hardware or software issues affecting websites. 10% Performs related work as assigned. 5% Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems. Knowledge of techniques used in the design of web applications. Knowledge of programming languages. Skill in computer programming. Skill in the use of computers and applicable software. Skill in modifying or developing programs for computer applications. Ability to design web pages. Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to schedule, test, and install web pages. Required:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, web design, web development, or a related field. Three years' experience in web design, web development, web administration, or maintaining web applications. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.Preferred:
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications, software solutions, or systems integration projects. Experience maintaining Internet, intranet, or external portal environments. Experience preparing and arranging web graphics, text, tables, and other digital content. Experience evaluating code for proper structure, industry standards, and compatibility with browsers, devices, or operating systems. Experience coordinating with information technology or hosting teams to resolve website hardware or software issues.
