About Us Sherwood Forest Farms has been helping nonprofits raise funds for over 70 years through high-quality holiday evergreen products. Based in the Pacific Northwest, we specialize in fresh, premium wreaths and evergreens. Nonprofits sell our products through our fundraising program, "Profit with Evergreens". Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team. This is an onsite position at our Tumwater facility. This role is responsible for both generating new business and managing existing accounts. You'll work directly with schools, sports teams, and nonprofit organizations to help them run successful fundraising programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, wants to be part of a team, and is passionate about customer support and sales. This role will also have responsibility for administering our online customer tools, finding reasons for errors, and working with a software team to have the problem resolved. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new group partnerships Manage existing accounts Guide customers through the fundraising process from start to finish Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings Track activity and maintain accurate customer records Monitor and be point person for handling online tools errors and exceptions Required Experience/Skills 2+ years of sales, account management, or customer service experience 2+ years of experience working with databases, running queries, understanding the configuration of how a typical web ordering system works Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team Comfortable using Microsoft Office Must be available during our peak season (September-mid December), when team presence is critical and vacation time is limited.
