Telemarketing Specialist (appointment setter)

Role Description We are hiring a part-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist (appointment setter) in Chico, CA (Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day). In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, generate leads, provide customer support, and explain the benefits of our services. You'll be expected to maintain a friendly, professional attitude, answer questions, and coordinate follow-ups to help support our sales goals. Qualifications Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport Ability to work independently while following company standards Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a plus Remuneration $2,000 monthly salary Quarterly performance bonus (average: $3,500) Health benefits
