Our clients represent a national footprint of fun and exciting destinations that focus on creating visitation to the communities they represent. Lunar Cow Publishing specializes in producing visitor guides, community maps, and business directories for Chambers of Commerce & Visitor Bureaus throughout the United States.
The Job:
Lunar Cow's Zoom meeting setter calls Convention and Visitors Bureaus in the regions that we represent to set qualified appointments with senior level decision makers. We call prospective businesses and set up on-line Zoom appointments using "ZOOM" software. We show prospective customers how our products can take their publications and on-line interactive mobile tools to a whole new level.
Daily Duties:
Set qualified Zoom meetings with Presidents, CEO's and Executive Directors of Convention and Visitors Bureaus Qualify Presidents, CEO's and Executive Directors of Convention and Visitors Bureaus Enter data into CRM system. Use Microsoft Outlook to sync appointment schedules. Participate in daily training. Utilize "ZOOM" software to schedule Zoom meetings. Collaborate with other team members Use Excel / Word / CRM / Outlook Present to qualified
Presidents, CEOs, and Executive Directors Job Responsibilities:
Find need, pain and interest with Presidents, CEO's and Executive Directors of Convention and Visitors Bureaus. Engage conversation, quality and set Zoom meeting for on-line demonstrations. Confirm appointments. Listen actively to the appointments. Document actions in CRM system. Leave Voicemails. Send E-mails. Applicant Requirements
  • Full-time, in-person availability, 40 hours a week
  • Previous lead generation and appointment setting experience is required
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM system
Training Provided:
Training for this position is provided initially and is ongoing. We review sales applications, techniques, and sales role playing daily. Our commitment to our Zoom meeting generators focuses on driving sales knowledge and sales skills that allow our representatives to set appointments at a very high level. Hours are between 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST Monday
  • Friday.
This is a business-to-business position.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS INSIDE TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT SETTING AND LEAD GENERATION EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION.
