Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contracted Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within an elementary school setting in Saint Francis, MN. This role focuses on providing both telespeech and teletherapy services to a caseload of approximately 40-45 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language pathology services through teletherapy platforms. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in an elementary school population. Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes compliant with regulatory and school district standards. Participate in meetings and ongoing training as required to enhance service delivery.Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state-issued licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience or strong familiarity with telespeech and teletherapy in a school-based setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families, and educational staff. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while prioritizing student outcomes.Location:
