An opening position is available for a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within an elementary school setting. This role is based in Saint Francis, MN, serving a caseload of approximately 40 to 45 students. The ideal candidate will provide support and intervention to young learners, helping them develop essential communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations remotely through telepractice methods. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to enhance student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance, therapy sessions, and progress. Utilize technology to deliver effective teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state-issued licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience or training in telespeech and teletherapy service delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and school staff. Ability to manage a caseload of 40-45 students effectively.
