Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Applicant must represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner. Provide full -service banking by processing all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner within established authorized limits while also providing frontline customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Open new accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes. Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage various tasks effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer relation skills required to provide superior and quality customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Also, must be a self-starter and a team member with a willingness to learn a wide array of banking regulations. Professional appearance required.

OTHER SKILLS

Basic Computer applications Cash handling experience preferred. Basic Mathematics Speaking & Social Perceptiveness Bilingual (Spanish) helpful, but not required

EDUCATION

Minimum High School Graduate/GED
